1.          Brief Introduction of Product

 

BHG-66 graphite lubricant is a mandrel lubricant that is used for seamless steel pipe rolling mills. The lubricant has good lubricating performance (smaller frication coefficient), well adhesion force, ease to take off film, and lower lubricant consumption. And operation condition also conforms the requirement of environment protect. The lubricant is a good lubricating material used for the process of pipe rolling. There are two kinds of lubricant forms: powder lubricant and liquid lubricant. 

 

2.          Composition of the graphite lubricant

 

a)       Powder:the powder lubricant is composed of graphite lamellar type, nature or synthetic, additives and max. humidity is not more than 3%. The powder apparent density is 0.34~0.40g/cm³ .

 

b)      Lubricant ready for use (liquid):the suspend liquid is made of 30% powder and 70% water (in weight), after mixing and agitating in the tank till the liquid lubricant is in uniformity liquid form. 

 

3.          Main technical data and specification

 

a)       Appearance:black gray powder or black gray having appropriate viscosity uniformity colloid suspend liquid.

 

b)      Powder granulometry: 80% finer than 400-mesh, with 150um max.

 

c)       Viscosity of liquid lubricant (25°C): 35-65 sec, hole 6 mm. 

 

d)      Freezing point:0°C(-32°F);

 

e)       Quality warranty:storage 3 years in the dryness condition.
